'Only those two as the big competition for me' - Mahesh

Irrespective of what the star status is, any hero should consider seriously about their competition. Its not about winning over them at box office, but also in picking subjects and entertaining audiences. What has Mahesh babu to say about this?  When quizzed if he's competitive, Mahesh says a big yes- "I' very competitive. But be it Charan, Prabhas or me, there is own space for each one of us. And I like to compete with the films I do, rather any other competition", says Mahesh.

But his very immediate revelation of Charan and Prabhas names has raised the question, if he considers only those two as the big competition. Mahesh gives immediate clarity about this. "As Srimanthudu is a big hit this way, my next film should be bigger than this. I don't want to compete with other stars", Mahesh adds. 

DSP As Hero In Sukumar's Direction

After several years-long suspense, DSP's acting debut has finally been confirmed with a dream combination. This evening, leading producer Dil Raju announced that he will be launching Devi Sri Prasad as a hero in Sukumar's direction. In one of the promotional interviews for his latest hit Kumari 21F, DSP said that he has been looking for the right script for several years now to make his acting debut.

The rockstar also revealed that all the top league producers like Dil Raju, Allu Aravind, Ashwini Dutt in Tollywood and Kalaipuli S Thanu, Gnanavel Raja etc in Tamil have been expressing interest in launching him as a hero. DSP is hugely popular among lakhs of his fans not just for his music alone but also for his energetic dances during stage performances.

He has already made special appearances in a few special songs in Julayi, Atharintiki Dharedhi and S/O Satyamurthy. With so much ease in his body language and a charismatic persona, no doubt that DSP has all it needs to become a star hero.
The film will feature Sukumar's close and longtime associate Rathnavelu's cinematography, which cast a magic spell in notable films like Aarya, 1 Nenokkadine, Robo and the recent Kumari 21F.

Comedian Building a Temple for Pawan Kalyan

Comedian Shakalaka Shankar has stated on record that he would build a temple for his favourite matinee idol Pawan Kalyan. He said that he is a die-hard fan of Power Star and said he'd do anything for him. It all happened while doing a skit in Jabardasth show where Shankar projected Pawan Kalyan in Lord Shiva avatar. During then he admitted his admiration for Pawan Kalyan and said that he would build a temple for Pawan. Now keeping his word, Shankar is building a temple in Srikakulam, which is his hometown. 

NTR Teams Up With Malayali Superstar!

NTR's 26th film under Koratala Siva's direction, have just revealed that Malayali Superstar and national award winning acting legend Mohanlal will be acting in the film. Ever since the NTR-Koratala Siva combination was finalized, there have been several discussions about Mohanlal being part of the film's cast.

However, it is not revealed until now whether Mohanlal will be playing NTR's father in the film which has been tentatively titled Janata Garage. More than 2 decades ago, Mohanlal first made his Tollywood debut with the Balakrishna and ANR starrer Gandheevam, which released in 1994. In the film, Mohanlal appeared in the superhit song 'Goruvanka Vaalagane Gopuraniki'.

As Sweety will be busy shooting for 'Baahubali - The Conclusion', This film might take few more months to go on floors. In addition, As many as five heroes are in talks for this high-budget horror flick. Most likely, All of them would be upcoming actors. Dil Raju & Prakash Raj willbe jointly producing the movie.

Pawan Kalyan Doing in Vadodara!

The latest buzz about Pawan Kalyan is that the actor-politician is back to the shoot of his much-anticipated Sardaar - Gabbar Singh. After shooting in few locales of Gujarat, Pawan took a break and met AP CM Chandrababu Naidu in Hyderabad after which Pawan has left again to Gujarat where he joined the shoot of Sardaar. Pawan Kalyan is now shooting in the exotic locales of Vadodara.

Joining him is none other than beauty Kajal Aggarwal. Kajal has joined the shoot and several key scenes involving both are being picturised. Also, comedian Brahmanandam too there in Vadodara as few comedy scenes of him with Pawan would be shot. Directed by Bobby, the film is produced by Pawan's close friend Sharath Marar. 

Colors Swathi's romance with Producer's Son

As per Sources Colors Swathi is being roped to play one of the two heroines in Bellamkonda Srinivas 3rd movie. Vijay Kumar of 'Gunde Jaari Gallanthayinde' fame is wielding the megaphone. A Kannada Producer will be handling production. Currently, Script Work is under progress. Bellamkonda Srinivas is also part of Tamil hit 'Sundarapandian' Telugu remake under Bheemineni Srinivas direction. 'Speedunnodu' is the title under consideration for this movie. Tamanna has been roped for an item song in this flick. Bheemineni is known to be a Remake Specialist and hence Trade Circles were expecting it to be much bigger hit than 'Sudigadu'. Release could be sometime in the month of January 2015.

The discussion is regarding Nandamuri Balakrishna's milestone, After debuting as an actor with 'Thatamma Kala', 98 Films of Balakrishna had hit the screens till date. 'Dictator' which is in Pongal 2016 race happens to be his 99th film. Naturally, There is huge curiosity among fans and film lovers on the Title, Director, Cast & Crew. Reports that Boyapati Seenu will helm Balakrishna's 100th movie have been doing rounds ever since the combination delivered blockbusters like Simha and Legend. As per reliable sources, 'God Father' is the title under consideration for the prestigious project. Sai Korrapati is likely to produce the sensational subject under Varahi Chalana Chitra banner.

Villain Demanded Rs 3 Cr for Charan Film!

Actor Aravind Swamy has demanded over Rs 3 Crore for the Telugu remake of Tamil superhit Thani Oruvan. When producers NV Prasad had approached Aravind Swamy to reprise the same role he essayed in the original, Swamy said to have asked Rs 3 Crore as remuneration. Shocked with the quoted figure, the makers of the Telugu version dropped the idea to cast Swamy.

Even Ram Charan asked the makers to look for other actors like Sudeep or Madhavan or Neil Nitin Mukesh who could do it for relatively less price. Makers want to wrap up the film within Rs 25 Crore budget.

Only 25 Cr Budget For Ram Charan next movie!

Charan's next would have major impact in terms of budgets. As 'Bruce Lee' producer DVV Danayya kept himself out of 'Thani Oruvan' remake, senior producer and uncle, Allu Arvind has jumped into scene now. Major change he will be bringing to the project is the variation in budget. Excluding Ram Charan's remuneration, they want to wrap the whole film in 25 crores and our hero will be sharing business of the film. As Bruce Lee production costs shot up huge and the film got sold for 56 crores, buyers witnessed losses.

Else if it was made below 35 crores, then everyone would have seen no losses first, because producer would have sold it at lower costs. Taking all the equations, Arvind has considerably shrunk the budget, say Geetha Arts insiders. Anyway, that's good for Ram Charan, because buyers will not be revolting if he sells his next flick at low costs unlike Bruce Lee.

'Baahubali 2' updates

"Baahubali 2" is in the news from a time, as the film's shooting is getting delayed due to unknown cause creating doubts on the film's release in 2016.
According to latest reports, shooting of Baahubali 2 will commence from December 14th at Ramoji Film City. Though earlier Rajamouli has started doing work on the sets of Baahubali at Film City, the final art-work is taking time to get ready. So, the makers are heard fixing 14th as the date.

'Baahubali' sold out in 20 International Territories

'Baahubali - The Beginning' is making its presence in as many as 20 international territories. Arka Mediaworks International which was set up with the sole intention of taking the epic drama close to film goers across the World has been largely successful in accomplishing the mission. The international territories include China, Latin America, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Venezuela.

'Baahubali - The Beginning' is releasing widely in China in the month of November 2015. By the end of 2015, There will be the Latin America release. In the other territories, The release will be in the first half of 2016. In the international circuits, 'Baahubali' was promoted as the biggest film ever made on Indian screen.

'Akhil' censor report

Akhil has carried out huge pre-release business. Sayesha, the grand-niece of Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar played the female lead role in the film. The film is written by Veligonda Srinivas and directed by V.V. Vinayak. The movie is produced jointly by Hero Nithin and his father Sudhakar Reddy on Sreshta Movies banner. Anup Rubens and S.S. Thaman together composed the music for the film.

The film has completed the Censor formalities on Thursday. It has been issued an “U / A” Certificate from the Regional Censor Board. Now, the movie is all set for a grand release on November 11th. The audience, especially Akkineni fans are eagerly waiting for the release of the film.
