Yamaleela 2 release date confirmed

'Yamaleela 2' is the sequel of 1994 super hit film ‘Yamaleela’, which introduced comedy actor Ali as the Hero for the first time.The principle shooting of the movie has already been wrapped up. This fantasy drama Yamaleela 2 seems to be filled with lot of computer graphics.

As per the latest update, the filmmakers are planning to release the movie on November 28. The movie features debutants K.V.Satish and South African model Diah Nicholas in the lead roles, along with Mohan Babu as Yama and Brahmanandam as Chitragupta.

Sunny leone big  tollywood debut tomorrow, Manchu Manoj's 'Current Theega', she has butterflies in stomach as usual. Finding much contrast between how Bollywood and Hollywood works when it comes to work in Telulgu film industry, Sunny stated that South is quite tough, disciplined and punctual. "Never I observed a day started late in South unlike other tinsel towns. Here everything happens by punctuality and discipline", she asserts. Talking about her hero Manchu Manoj's performance, Sunny felt that he is very interesting. "His acting is very good. There is a bit more animated acting in south heroes including Manoj and I find it interesting", claims Sunny, sharing her views.

Pawan Kalyan not interested to remake

A special screening has been arranged for Pawan by Tagore Madhu on Tuesday night. However, Plans to remake 'Kaththi' has been dropped in the last minute. Highly placed sources inform, Pawan Kalyan couldn't give his nod to 'Kaththi' remake even though he liked the movie immensely as he believe the timing was incorrect. The actor-turned-politician feels taking up a subject based on farmers issue at this juncture would adversely affect AP Capital plans. 

Prabhas voice over for Mahesh Babu

Mahesh started the trend by giving voice over for Pawan starrer Jalsa movie.It is known that Mahesh Babu has also rendered his voice for NTR’s introduction in 'Baadshah' for two minutes.Now its time for Mahesh film to have voice over of another star.
According to the latest it is coming out Young Rebel Star Prabhas will be giving voice over for the project. Koratala siva requests Rebel star to give voice over for which our Baahubali agreed. Film will be going to sets from Oct 30th and Devi Sri Prasad is the music director for the film.

A separate Film Chamber called “Seemandhra Film Chamber of Commerce” was launched for Andhra Pradesh at Tadepalli in Guntur district.
Film Director Dileep Raja said, “It become necessary to form a separate Film Chamber for the state of AP to handle various issues pertaining to the film industry. It was formed with the cooperation of some producers and directors of Tollywood.” Dileep Raja said that there are lot of chances for the development of Telugu film industry in Vijayawada and Guntur regions.

As per the source, she bagged a chance to do this item in Pawan’s movie. Presently, Trisha is doing a movie with Balakrishna. As per the trade analysts, ‘Kaththi’ has collected a net amount of about Rs 12.5 crore on its first day, which is an All Time Record in the Tamil Industry. However, the all India collection is around Rs 16 crore, which includes Rs 1.75 crore in Kerala, Rs 1.5 crore in Karnataka and Rs 25 lakhs in the rest of India. Telugu Film Industry is planning a Mega Event

 Telugu Film Industry is planning a Mega Event to raise funds for the relief and rebuilding works of Hudhud cyclone. He appreciated the way Tollywood celebs responded to the devastation by donating for the cause generously.

Murali mohan has already got the consent for Industry bigwigs for the Mega event. He informed more details will be announced in a meeting which will be held soon. He went on to say all the Southern celebs would be invited for the event and the motto is to create awareness among people to voluntarily donate for the sake of victims.

After enjoying decent success with Loukyam Now Gopi is all set to entertain with his next film in direction of debutant Radhakrishna.Oohalu Gusagusalade fame Rashi Khanna is playing lead heroine in the film and Mirchi makers Pramod and Vamsi producing this under UV creations banner.

According to sources the film was titled as Jill. This Gopichand-UV Creations combo movie is touted to be an action entertainer laced with all commercial ingredients.  The film is carrying positive reports from day one of it sshoot and the title of the film gives the same indications.

current theega’ release date has been postponed from 17th of this month to 31st as an expression of solidarity for the victims of Hudhud cyclone which has hit Andhra Pradesh badly. Producer Manchu Vishnu and his dad Mohan Babu have now locked the final release date as 31st of this month much to fulfill the waiting of Manchu family admirers.

The film is a remake of Tamil hit ‘Varuta Paadutha Valibar Sangham’ which also has Sunny Leone debuting into Tollywood. Director G Nageshwara Reddy who earlier gave a good break to Vishnu with ‘Denikaina Ready’ is most likely to repeat the same for Manoj.

First Tollywood heroine to respond for Hudhud

Rakul Preet Singh came forward to donate a lakh to AP CM's relief fund. With almost half a dozen films in hand, Rakul is the busiest actress at the moment and this donation made her generous actress too. Probably she is the first Tollywood heroine to respond for Hudhud.

Star heroines like Samantha, Tamanna, Kajal, Shruti Haasan and Trisha are in a position where they don't need to search around pockets to donate couple of lakhs for Hudhud victims. As many of these girls have already involved in philanthropic activities, probably it is not fair to demand them to help AP cyclone sufferers too.

He expressed heartfelt condolences to the families of people who lost their lives and wish normal life gets restored at the earliest.

Telugu heroes shows their heroism now

Telugu star-heroes are showing their generous side as they are deeply moved by the catastrophic Hudhud cyclone that disrupted normal life in Vizag and other neighborhood districts.

Early in the morning, Ram Charan donated 15 lakhs to Hudhud victims, 10 lakhs to CM Relief Fund and 5 lakhs to Ramakrishna Misson. He pledged to adopt a district if needed. After he hinted that other mega heroes will also follow the suite, Baabai Pawan Kalyan responded immediately. The Jana Sena president has donated 50 lakhs in individual capacity to help the victims. And then comes, Allu Arjun donating 20 lakhs to CM Relief Fund for welfare of affected fishermen. Mahesh Babu and Jr NTR to donated money, and requested their respective fan bases to take part in relief activities. Mahesh has sent a check of 25 lakhs, while Junior has given 20 lakhs to AP government.

Telugu Film Producers Association has also come forward to take share in these donations, as they have decided to donate 25 lakhs on behalf of both Andhra and Telangana producers for the Vizag catastrophe victims.

'I want to work with everybody'- Rakul preet singh

Rakul preet singh shared her few interesting things in a recent chit chat with media. On the question with which Tollywood star she wishes to work, Rakul commented I want to work with Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun and everybody.

She learnt Telugu and even have plans to dub for her roles after getting the pronunciation right. She claims language was never a barrier for her and feels learning the language is showing respect to Industry which gave her love & work. Fighters injured on the sets of 'Baahubali

On the sets of Baahubali Rajamouli has used explosive material in a scene where huge quantity of 'Kumkum' had to be blown in the air. Much to the shock of unit members, An explosion took place during the filming of this sequence and four fighters who were standing at a nearby distance sustained minor injuries.

The fighters (Ganesh, Pandu, Satish, Santosh) have been rushed to a private hospital in Hayath Nagar. After First Aid, They have gone back to the sets of 'Baahubali'.

Shankar reveals he is very much keen to make Robo sequel with Rajinikanth. He says his next movie might be with Superstar and also expresses the feeling this project mayn't happen at all if things didn't fall in place.

Shankar revealed he writes scripts keeping heroes in mind and also chooses heroes based on scripts. In fact, Kamal Haasan was the first choice for 'Oke Okkadu' but the combo didn't materialize as the legendary actor was busy with 'Hey Ram' at that point of time. By the time he narrated the storyline of the film to Kamal, Shankar already completed the shoot of 'Oke Okkadu' with Arjun. 'Aagadu' managed a Worldwide share of nearly Rs 33 crore by the end of 2 Weeks and the film has almost completed its Box Office run by now. Both Mahesh Babu and Srinu Vytla might have never expected that a film with decent content in their combination would fare so badly.

Total Worldwide (Share): Rs 32.88 crore (including Karnataka: Rs 3.20 crore, Rest Of India: Rs 1.23 crore, Overseas: Rs 7.25 crore).

New Twist in actress Sweta Basu Prasad's Case

According to latest reports, police are likely to quiz a Telugu producer who also owns Santosham Magazine and recently organized an award show, in connection with Sweta Basu's case.
Going into details, Sweta Basu was said to be caught red-handed by West Zone Task Force police in a suite in star hotel apparently booked by the organizers of Santosham Awards. Banjara Hills Police did mention the same in their remand report which was later confirmed by Sweta Basu to the Court.

Sweta reportedly claimed that she is "innocent" and is staying in the hotel room on the invitation of "Santosham Awards organizers" like other "actors". She said it on record in camera proceedings. Adding to this, Defence lawyer Pradeep Kumar too stressed the same point in his arguments to the Court. Now police are going to question the organizers.

'Govindudu Andarivadele' first day AP/Nizam share is going to be anywhere between Rs 8 to 9 crore. The film collected a share of around Rs 1.24 crore in Guntur, Rs 1 crore in East, Rs 53 lakhs in Krishna and Rs 39 lakhs in Nellore on Day 1.
